Flavours of the Month

 

 

Here at Flavours we dedicate each month to a specific ingredient, giving some background and interesting facts about the ingredient as well as offering recipe ideas and techniques.

We like to give our Flavour of the Month a sense of seasonality, exploring the aromatic luxury of cinnamon in December followed by the ultimate detox ingredient Ginger in January. With the emergence of Spring we turn our attention in March to Rosemary.
