Julie
has undertaken a variety of classes and demos. For
two years she was teaching basic cookery to some teenagers
in the privacy of their own home for a couple of hours
each week.
In
2004 she took a group of American women to the South
of Italy for a week of sheer culinary indulgence (and
some amazing scenery), and for the last two years
she has been one of the celebrity chefs at Henrietta
Greens Food Fair in Covent Garden. |
